Last night I sang with the band ADAMA yiddish songs which is completly new for me. But I enjoyed it a lot. Great musicians were playing with me in a nice theater. I had many congratulations but most of all for my interpretation of the song "Yinguele nicht vein" which is a sad song. I couldn't beleive it, many persons came to me and said they were nearly crying while listenning to me... I have no pics yet but I hope soon...

Last week Hot Sweet & Swing was playing at the Ritz, more precisely on the swimming pool. An exceptional decoration had been made for this special event.

Back from Japan where I spent wonderful time in Tokyo, nice concerts like in the Tokyo International Forum with Norio Maeda san and the great saxophonist Malta, beautiful meetings where I realised how nice and welcome are japanese people. We have a lot to learn about their customs. In France we have a french expression saying "the client is the king", and it's far to be reality. In Japan they say "the client is God" and it's true. People are more smiling than I thought and food is delicious. I let you see few pictures with the eyes of a girl who discoved this amazing city.

Thanks to Jean-Pierre who took the pictures of one of my concert last summer with my jazz band "Hot Sweet & Swing". There's such a charm and a jazz color on those photos that I am pretty touched by the look he had by photographing us. I remember it had to be a rainy day and there was such a blue sky and the warm of the music could be felt with people around there....

What a pleasure to sing with such a band! Very nice concert in South of France, under the sun of the Mediteranean Sea...in the Domaine Lafarge last August. So much fun with those guys!!

20 000 people were there last night listenning to us in Versailles, city of the "Sun King" ! My english friend Jamie gave me the pleasure to come and he took some pictures of the event! Thanks Jamie....but sorry for the quality of them cause I think he had drunk too much wine that evening... Funny things like James, the trumpet player, reading a book and smooking a cigarette while the crowd was waiting for the show, just before going on stage! Enjoy pics....

Last night in Saint Germain en Laye (close Paris), I sang with my friends-musicians brazilian songs! Here is the picture with Xavier Lebeau on doublebass. It seems we are from another time on that pic...nice! I like it!

I'd specially like to thank Pierre Acourt, talented pianist, who has brought a new dimension & energy by his play while a concert we've done with Hot Sweet & Swing on saturday evening. I had a real pleasure to sing with you guys... Can't wait the next recordings of my new songs...

My band and I also played at the Petit Journal Saint Michel in Paris, one of the most famous Jazz Club of Paris. Wonderful moment where lots of friends and american tourists were there too! My band and I played for a special event at the Pré Catelan, famous french restaurant, in Paris-Boulogne. On the picture I introduce you two of my musicians, Xavier Lebeau on contrebasse and Stéphane Belloir on drums...

"Hot Sweet & Swing" will be in concert on the 16th june in Paris at the "Pre Catelan" and the 29th june at the Prieuré Saint Cyr.

On saturday 12th may, I will sing with my friend and musician,Nicolas Cloche from Paris. He'll play piano and I'll sing. Just great and good fun!! Alain Guillard will also play saxophone.
